Sundays
1:00 - 3:00 pm at the Gaithersburg Campus. This schedule is subject to change for various special activities and may include additional mandatory commitments.
Classes will be taught by COR staff and focus on Biblical studies, character development, leadership, and practical living.
You will read relevant books designed to propel you forward in your spiritual formation, character development, and leadership skills.
Participants will lead and serve weekly in a COR ministry area of their choice. Participants will develop their leadership skills through practical, hands-on experience in the local church, which translates to the home, the marketplace and all areas of life.
Focus on creating authentic relationships through groups, an atmosphere where you are able to process what God is doing in your life through prayer and fellowship.
Jesus set the example for us as leaders by becoming a servant to all. Participating in the Deluge Leadership Program at Church of the Redeemer means you feel called to follow His example and wholeheartedly support and agree with our Mission, Vision, Values, and commit to the following to fulfill the requirements for graduation:
Who is this program for?
The Deluge Leadership Program is designed for young adults ages 18-29 who have graduated high school.
Can I work and still do Deluge?
Yes, we understand that some participants have to work. Because we want every person to experience the entire program, so they don’t miss out on what God has for them, we ask that work arrangements be made to fit around the deluge schedule.
Can I go to school and still do Deluge?
Yes, we understand that some participants have school. Because we want every person to experience the entire program, so they don’t miss out on what God has for them, we ask that school arrangements be made to fit around the deluge schedule.
Is there a cost to participate in this program?
There is a $30 non-refundable application fee and participants are responsible for purchasing their books (two per semester).
