New Media Designer
Church of the Redeemer is seeking an experienced new media designer to develop video/media campaigns to reach onsite and Internet audiences using cutting edge production video, motion graphics and animations, made-for-web video, and social media content. The New Media Designer will create weekly commercials for use in our worship center, and video for our website, digital display boards, and broadcast media.
Candidates must be highly creative have a strong command of FinalCut or Premier, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools (including After Affects and/or similar tools). Experience with motion graphics and after affects (or similar) is required. Web development, camera and lighting experience, and copy writing/script writing experience are value-adds but not required.
This is a full time position, however part time may also be accommodated.

Connect Ministry Position
The Frederick Campus is seeking a highly energetic, passionate individual to assist with our Connect Ministry at Church of the Redeemer. This individual will help the Campus in supporting the overall connection of our congregation to the church, our ministries, and the opportunities to engage with church life. This position is a highly engaging leadership position, that will daily involve connecting guests and members to various ministry connection points as well as developing leaders within volunteer ministry positions. This position will also provide oversight and direction to our LifeGroups Ministry, a primary way that people engage in spiritual growth and relational maturity in Christ. The ideal candidate will possess strong inter-personal relationship skills, creative communication abilities, vision-casting, as well as have a passion toward connecting others to an engaging church life. Previous leadership experience is required and experience leading ministries is preferred.

Administrative Assistant
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and supportive tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and programs. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important.
Must have a strong work ethic and excellent skills in calendar management, MS Office products (and/or Mac equivalents) and researching and presentation of findings. Strongly prefer experience in a support role in a church or professional services environment, including project management and creating/modifying processes. Also prefer a bachelor's degree but this is not required. This is a Full Time position.

Apple Support Engineer
Church of the Redeemer is seeking an Apple Support Engineer to support our Mac user population and assist with Apple Server related projects and tasks. The ASE will provide individual and group training, desk-side support and remote support. The ASE will also provision new systems, manage upgrade paths and patch management, handle software deployments, manage backups, support iOS devices, and related support and help desk functions. The ASE will also support Apple side of the network infrastructure in a dual-platform environment. Some Microsoft desktop and server experience is a plus, but not required.
The ideal candidate will be an expert in the Apple OSX desktop and iOS arena, and will have experience provisioning new devices, troubleshooting, deploying software at an organization-wide level, and have excellent customer service support skills. Candidates must be highly organized, methodical, detail and process oriented, and must have a naturally cool under pressure "customer service" manner. Apple server and networking experience and/or training is also a plus.

Designer - Graphics Specialization
Church of the Redeemer is seeking an experienced graphics designer to design and create graphic elements for print, web, and video use. Candidates must be highly creative with a very current and cutting edge style, and have a strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite and related tools.
The ideal candidate will also have experience in other aspects of communications and marketing. The Designer will also design communications campaigns beyond graphics support alone, including consulting with our internal customer (ministry departments) to design promotional plans and then coordinate a team of specialists, such as video, web, copy writers, etc. Web design or development experience is a plus but not required.
This is a full time position, however part time may also be accommodated.

Senior Designer / Senior Creative
Church of the Redeemer is seeking a Senior Designer / Senior Creative to work with our internal customers (ministry departments) to understand the communications and promotional needs of the ministry and ministry events, as well as church-wide events and sermon series. The SD/SC will understand the audience segments and then architect a communications campaign utilizing many communications elements such as onsite video, broadcast video, web, social media, print, html email techniques, mass media, interior design/signage, etc.
The SD/SC will be an expert on developing a marcom message to tell a story and cast vision and effectively capture this to a plan that can be executed by a team of experts in each functional area. The ideal candidate will be a Web2.0 expert, experienced with social media and cutting edge marketing methods, and also have a specialization in one or more of: graphic design, video production/design/editing, web design/development, or copy writing.
This is a full time position.
