Grief is a natural and necessary response to the loss of a loved one—but you don't need to go through it alone!  Our Grief Care group offers a safe environment to find strength in the Lord during this difficult season.  Our groups are open to the community and provide:

  • A warm and safe environment for sharing the pain of your experience with others who are experiencing some of the same emotions.
  • Information about the various resources available to help cope with loss.
  • Support through prayer and encouragement.

The Grief Care Support group meets throughout the year for fellowship, prayer and small-group time focused on issues related to grief.

Our Hope & Healing group meets on an as-needed basis to provide support for those who have lost a child or children through miscarriage, stillbirth or early infant death.

We also offer two special Grief Care groups called Coping with the Holidays at Thanksgiving and Christmas.  We understand the emotions and feelings of facing a holiday without someone with whom we have shared these holidays for years.  Come and hear some helpful suggestions on how to cope with the holidays.

Coping with the Holidays will meet in November and December. Check back her for updated information later in the fall.
