Welcome to our Marriage Matters ministry! We believe that God has given us His purpose for marriage in the scriptures. The Bible speaks hope and encouragement to our hearts. God's word is full of relational instructions, commands, examples and principles, especially in regard to marriage. The mission of Marriage Matters is to provide tools and resources to help disciple married individuals into a growing, thriving, and healthy relationship with God and each other so that in turn our children will be blessed, our homes will be more stable, and we will display the love of God to our church and the world.
GOD'S PLAN FOR MARRIAGE
God's wisdom is His pathway to real success in our marriages. We need wisdom from above, the application of His truth to our lives to win the battle for our homes. We believe in the power of God's word to change lives. As part of our church values, we believe in the strengthening of marriage and family relationships. There is no doubt that we are living in trouble times. Our nation and world are in desperate need of help. No part of our society is needier than our homes. We challenge couples to stand against the trend of separation and divorce so prevalent in our society. To help you grow in your marriage and in your family we encourage married couples and their families to draw closer to God through prayer and the teaching of the Bible so that marriages and families are strengthened. We also provide classes, married life groups, premarital classes, marriage counseling, conference and workshops all with practical and biblical messages.

Thinking about marriage? Your decision to marry is a commitment. We're excited to have the opportunity to invest in the commitment on your upcoming marriage. Our Preparation for Marriage/Re-Marriage classes here at Church of the Redeemer is designed for you and your partner to gain greater insight into a Christ-centered marriage that prepares you both for the journey you are about to embark on with one another.
